Philosophy
My Language of Geometry
Dialogue of Precision and Freedom
Creating is for me a dialogue between the precision of geometry and the freedom of creativity. This is where mathematical forms gain life, movement, and emotion. Shapes and proportions become my alphabet with which I tell stories of harmony.
Space Beyond Literalness
In abstract compositions, I seek space that goes beyond what is visible at first glance. Geometry is a starting point to which I give new meanings. I want you to find your own story in my visions.
Op-Art Pulsation
I am inspired by Op-Art and the work of Victor Vasarely. Through lines, contrasts, and optical illusions I create the impression that the painting pulsates towards you. Movement comes not from the subject, but from the act of looking.
The Art of Portraiture
Painting portraits from photos – especially old and damaged ones – I treat as a mission. It's an artistic transformation of photography into a hand-painted image. I try to restore the vividness of past moments and save the faces of loved ones from the passage of time.

About Me
I am Karolina Zimny-Rudny
A painter based in Kielce, Poland, creating new worlds from simple, geometric signs.
I was born in Szczytno and received my artistic education in Olsztyn and Kielce. I am inspired by the surrounding world, which – filtered through my imagination – is reborn anew on canvas.
In my works, geometry is not an end in itself, but an alphabet. Geometric abstraction is for me a visual language that allows me to free my imagination and explore space in a way that goes beyond mere representation of reality.
